Security Officer Armed Residential Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Receive and document calls for service, relay routine and priority information to on-site personnel, and maintain clear communication logs in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Monitor site activity through available communication systems and/or surveillance tools, report unusual or suspicious activity, and help to deter unauthorized access or policy violations;
Coordinate responses to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations by gathering details, dispatching the appropriate personnel, and following post orders for the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location
