Security Officer, Security and Safety

Full-time position providing a safe and secure environment for the care of patients and the peaceful and orderly operation of business throughout all entities serviced. This role requires proficiency in all aspects of BHSF security officer duties as provided by the BHSF security training program and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Estimated pay range: $16.00 - $20.68 per hour, depending on experience.

• High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Florida Driver's License (Class E Non-Commercial).
• Experience in security, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Law enforcement or military experience desired.
• Required to complete BHSF security training program before completion of probationary period and supplemental training classes as offered.
• BLS certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Minimum required experience: 1 year.
