Job Schedule- Tuesday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Wednesday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Thursday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government location.
- Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and public personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access concerns, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations that could help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Support screening and entry procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries, and prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or access-related concerns.
- Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Guard card is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
