Day  Time      Mon  04:00 PM - 12:00 AM    Tue  08:00 AM - 04:00 PM    Sat  08:00 AM - 04:00 PM    Sun  08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential communities, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry and exit activity at gates and other access points, verifying credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with location protocols.
Support access control, incident response, and after-hours security-related operations while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 or more years of law enforcement, corrections and/or military experience.
Possess an armed guard card and unarmed guard card.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Bachelors Degree in criminal justice
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
