Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM;
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize access for approved individuals, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that could require a security-related response.

• Possess an armed guard and unarmed guard card is required.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma/GED as required by the client.
• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
