Overview
As an Asset Protection Investigator, you will work as a member of our Asset Protection team to prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. You will work on‑site in our Distribution Center and report to the Asset Protection Manager.
Responsibilities- Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store
- Assess and help with emergency situations
- Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators of internal or external theft, and fraud
- Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all Asset Protection incidents properly
- Prepare and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
- Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits and training
- Support and participate in store operations programs
- 1+ years of experience in Loss Prevention / Asset Protection
- A customer-focused mindset
- Verbal and written skills
- Basic proficiency with computer software
- Investigative and conflict management skills
- Ability to quickly respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs

Salary & BenefitsThe hourly rate for this position is between $21.53 - $26.91 per hour. Factors may affect starting pay within this range.
