Security Officer Hospital Patrol Driver

Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and/or perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, waiting areas, and other sensitive locations to control access, provide directions, and support a professional environment for everyone on site.
• Assist with security‑related calls for service, de‑escalation support, and/or emergency protocols while working closely with staff and first responders as needed.

• Proof of required vaccinations is required for this hospital assignment.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
