Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned community areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security‑related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Day - Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and resident amenity areas, assisting with access control practices and observing for unusual activity, unauthorized persons, and/or property‑related issues.
• Support residential operations by communicating professionally with residents and visitors, providing directions or assistance as needed, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or security‑related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
