As a Security Officer Gate Verification in Boca Raton, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including Residential. You will monitor entry points, verify visitors and credentials, and support residents with professional service and clear communication. You will remain visible, complete routine patrols, and help deter security-related incidents while contributing to a welcoming environment. You will be part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM;
Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM;
Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM;
Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM;
Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following access control procedures, community policies, and site-specific security-related protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and deter unauthorized access to the residential location.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around community entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for the role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
