Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a residential location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious conditions to the appropriate contacts.
• Support access control and residential community rules by observing daily operations, assisting with security-related questions, and preparing clear, accurate incident and activity reports.

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
