Security Officer Armed Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, check visitor and vendor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records.;
Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Communicate clearly with residents, management, and emergency responders while providing professional assistance and following established reporting procedures.
