The Operations Specialist role supports day-to-day Adhoc protective security operations by bringing together program administration, logistics, account support, and regulatory compliance into a single, coordinated function. Acting as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and field teams, this role helps ensure operations run smoothly, client needs are clearly understood, and security services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with industry best practices.

This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams and the flexibility to support evolving operational needs as directed by leadership.

• Serving as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and other teams.
• Coordinating client schedules with ground teams and supporting Executive Protection operations, data tracking, and information flow.
• Requesting, scheduling, and tracking Executive Protection agents, drivers, and related services globally.
• Supporting GSOC managers with presentations, security operation plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Managing travel and logistics for agents and drivers, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
• Answering phone calls and disseminating the information to relevant parties.
