Finisher, General Labor, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Boca Raton, FL 33432

• Proven experience of at least 3 years preferred.
• Assemble a Perry scaffold unassisted.
• Read a tape measure.
• Can name the materials needed for framing and hanging.
• Lull & scissor lift operation certification - preferred.
• Can fire tape, fire caulk, and stuff Thermafiber.
• Hand tape Flats and Angles.
• Ability to apply the first coat of tape and skim drywall screws.
• Can handle a sprayer and clean out.
• Can install Corner bead, Flextape, and Zip bead.
• Coat all types of bead and skim walls.
• Can apply second & third coat of drywall mud.
• Use a halogen light to skim, sand, and touch-up walls.
• Install Blow-out Patches.
• Apply Level 5 Finish.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on drywall sheets to fit around electrical outlets, windows, and doors.
• Repair damaged drywall by cutting out damaged areas and replacing with new drywall.
• Texture and finish surfaces using hand tools or mechanical tools.
• Inspect work for conformance to specifications.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb ladders, work on stilts and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings not required but preferred.

• Full Time Positions Only.
• Expected hours: 32-60 per week.
• 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday.
• Day shift.
• Night shift as needed.
