Senior Electrician — EV Charging Infrastructure Lead

A day in this role

Lead and assist with all aspects of commercial installations, including EV charging infrastructure.

Inspect electrical systems, wiring, and equipment to spot issues before they become problems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues on 480V and 3-phase systems; perform necessary job duties to resolution.

Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver the right solution.

Model safety: wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses at all times; respirator when required) and uphold codes and guidelines.

Mentor apprentices and helpers to raise the bar for quality and safety.

What you bring

Minimum 10 years as a commercial/industrial electrician.

Journeyman electrician license or at least 7 years of experience as a Lead Electrician.

Proven skill troubleshooting 480V equipment and 3-phase systems.

Deep knowledge of the NEC and related regulations.

OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 a plus.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Proficiency with electrical tools and test equipment; excellent knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Clean driving record.

Driven, self-motivated, and quality-focused.

Must live in the local Boca Raton, FL area.

Able to work 8 to 14 hours per day.
