What you will do Oversee and assist with end-to-end installation on commercial projects and EV charging systems.

Inspect wiring, equipment, and systems to identify hazards and malfunctions.

Troubleshoot complex issues on 480V and 3-phase systems; execute necessary corrective actions.

Coordinate with the team and clients to align on needs and deliver effective solutions.

Enforce safety: PPE use (hard hat, safety glasses; respirator as required) and strict code compliance.

Coach apprentices and helpers; set the standard for workmanship.

What you bring
10+ years in commercial/industrial electrical environments.

Journeyman license or 7+ years serving as a Lead Electrician.

Mastery of 480V troubleshooting and 3-phase systems.

Strong command of the NEC and applicable regulations.

OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Self-directed; able to work alone when needed and lead when required.

Proficient with electrical tools and test equipment; broad systems knowledge.

Clean driving record.

Local to Boca Raton, FL.Available for 8–14 hour workdays.
