Commercial Electrical Foreman — 480V​/3‑Phase Systems

• Oversee and assist with end-to-end installation on commercial projects and EV charging systems.
• Inspect wiring, equipment, and systems to identify hazards and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues on 480V and 3-phase systems; execute necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the team and clients to align on needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Enforce safety: PPE use (hard hat, safety glasses; respirator as required) and strict code compliance.
• Coach apprentices and helpers; set the standard for workmanship.

• 10+ years in commercial/industrial electrical environments.
• Journeyman license or 7+ years serving as a Lead Electrician.
• Mastery of 480V troubleshooting and 3-phase systems.
• Strong command of the NEC and applicable regulations.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Self-directed; able to work alone when needed and lead when required.
• Proficient with electrical tools and test equipment; broad systems knowledge.
• Clean driving record.
• Local to Boca Raton, FL.
• Available for 8-14 hour workdays.
