Overnight Parking Garage Painter (highly independent)

We are seeking a reliable Painter to work independently on an overnight parking garage project. This role involves painting concrete surfaces, performing paint preparation, and ensuring a clean, professional finish throughout the garage.
Responsibilities:
- Paint floors, walls, curbs, and other concrete surfaces
- Perform surface preparation, including cleaning and basic paint prep
- Maintain quality standards and safety procedures
- Work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision
Requirements:
- Experience with painting and paint preparation
- Ability to work overnight hours (2:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work alone
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Experience:
- Industrial painting
- Blasting or surface preparation
- Spray foam installation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
