KIDS seeks a Child & Youth Worker to support Neighborhood Foster Homes in Broward and Palm Beach County. You will work with house parents to maintain a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered home for children in foster care, Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and travel between homes.
You will build trusting relationships using trauma-informed care, support development, manage routines, and assist with supervision and transportation as needed.
