As a Middle React Developer you will have the opportunity to be part of a team of developers working on a video platform that increases engagement by connecting media publishers to local, contributor‑driven content. The platform simplifies video for team communities by providing an end‑to‑end suite of video tools for live streaming, post‑production, and highlight distribution—eliminating the barriers to sourcing, organizing, and publishing video content.

You will be working as a part of a dedicated Agile team with a high level of responsibility for technical decisions and daily collaboration with the client abroad.

• Contribute to an agile team that solves complex challenges and improves the scalability and performance of existing applications.
• Troubleshooting issues by fixing defects and responding to client specific problems
• Evolve our test harnesses, helping the team keep the test runs fast and reliably green
• Participate in code reviews with the team to ensure that code completely and correctly implements the design
• Sharing the knowledge and learning from the colleagues
• Facilitate engineering operation process to ensure high‑quality software solutions concerning engineering excellence
• Be proactive and propose reasonable decisions
• Be flexible and able to align with priorities coming from the business
• Follow frontend development best practices as well as the team conventions

• Additional experience with React Native and OTT platforms (e.g., Apple TV, Samsung/Tizen, Google TV, Fire TV) is required for this role.

• Substantial experience with ReactJS
• Self‑driven team member of a high‑performing development team who cares about the team culture and takes pride in the outcome of the teamwork
• Flexible and able to align with priorities coming from the business
• Enjoys an Agile development environment;
  Kanban methodology experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with React or React Native (required)
• Experience in integrating Backend APIs
• Experience with automated code testing (unit testing, integration testing)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing OTT/Connected TV applications (required), such as for Apple
  
  TV, Tizen/Samsung, Google TV, or Fire TV.
