As a Senior Python backend engineer specializing in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. You will lead our efforts to enhance and deploy AI-driven sports tracking models across our global video systems. • Lead the training and deployment of sports-tracking models to our video systems for multiple sports, ensuring the technology can scale and integrate seamlessly
• Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-time sports tracking and analysis
• Utilize Python, along with tools like FFmpeg and AWS S3, to build robust backend services
• Maintain and improve code quality through best practices, including peer code reviews and automated testing
• Work with your team and stakeholders to define, design, implement, test, and deliver quality software products in a fast-paced environment
• Construct and support integrations that are easy to manage, maintain, customize, and configure
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to propose and implement enhancements and optimizations to current systems
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and system architecture diagrams

• Advanced proficiency in Python, with a strong background in computer vision (2+ years)

• At least five years of commercial software development experience, with a demonstrated track record in deploying robust backend solutions
• At least 2 years of experience developing and deploying computer vision technologies in a commercial setting
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred, as well as a proven ability to adapt and quickly leverage new technologies
