** What You'll Bring:
*** Fundamental concepts and algorithms from a Computer Science degree or equivalent, including object-oriented programming
* Backend application development experience and design on Linux-based systems
* Familiarity with programming in Python and Bash
* Ability to test code changes through automated and manual testing to find and resolve technical issues
* Knowledge of the git version control system

** Trans Union is now looking for entry-level Linux and Python programmers to join the Tru Lookup application team. We are a talented, agile, and passionate group made up of highly skilled individuals. If you are interested in joining a fast-paced and highly engaged team, please apply!
** How You’ll Contribute:
*** You will use your familiarity with Linux and knowledge of Python to support our online automated batch processing service.
* You will contribute to a combination of new development as well as supporting existing systems.
* Day to Day Tasks:
Monitor system uptime, take part in Agile software workflow, and develop/execute test cases.
