Exciting enhancements are underway at Boca West with the reimagining of the Palmer I Course beginning March 1, 2026. The Club has partnered with renowned architecture firm Fry Straka Global Golf Design on a renovation project that will transform the property into a premier championship golf experience. The project includes a fully reconstructed 18-hole championship course designed to deliver strategic interest, playability, and exceptional conditioning-highlighted by what will become the highest point of elevation in Palm Beach County upon completion.

In addition, the enhancement plan features a brand-new 9-hole Short Course and an expansive 80,000-square-foot putting course, further elevating Boca West’s commitment to innovation, player development, and world-class golf amenities.

The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional member service, supporting daily golf operations, and contributing to a dynamic and high-performing golf program. This professional will play an integral role in equipment retail, junior instruction, member engagement and working toward PGA Class A status.

This is an exceptional opportunity for the right professional (male or female) to join an already high performing team all of which will support their development professionally.

• Currently enrolled as a PGA Associate Level 1 or greater
• Aspiring to become a PGA Class A Member
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a private club or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, instruction techniques, and course management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with golf management software, POS systems, and instructional technology.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate golf carts and related equipment.

The Assistant Golf Professional at Boca West Country Club is responsible for delivering exceptional member service, facilitating golf operations, and supporting the overall golf program.
