Our community is looking for a Driver to join our team.

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities, delivering quality service.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during trips.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruptions of service.
• Maintain all community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plate renewals.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per-trip basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Current commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
• Competent in organization, time management skills and handling multiple priorities.

Employment in Florida is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements. Applicants will be required to complete fingerprinting and background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse. For more information, please visit:
