Shipping​/Inventory Manager

Role Description

The Shipping / Inventory Manager is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for overseeing daily shipping operations and inventory control. This role includes receiving, organizing, and tracking stock; preparing and packing orders accurately; coordinating shipments with carriers; and monitoring inventory levels to support timely replenishment. The manager will maintain organized storage areas, update inventory records in relevant systems, and reconcile physical counts with system data.

The role also involves collaborating with the customer service team to resolve shipping issues, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive products on time. The Shipping / Inventory Manager will work closely with leadership to improve warehouse processes and support MAVRANS’ commitment to quality and sustainability.

• Packing, shipping e‑com and store orders using Shopify and other software needed.
• Demonstrated skills in inventory control and inventory management, including maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory counts.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
• Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams, shipping partners, and leadership on inventory and order status.
• Customer service experience to address order and shipping inquiries professionally and support a positive customer experience.
• Experience with basic warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping orders.
• Comfort with using inventory or order management software and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and stand for extended periods, with adherence to safe work practices.
• Ability to use Excel, email, and ease to learn new software like Shopify if you haven’t used it in previous jobs.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce, apparel, or retail operations is preferred.
