The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching car wash equipment and supplies. Responsibilities include organizing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, promote safe operating practices, and support continuous improvement in processes and workflow.
This position also collaborates with sales, service, and logistics teams to meet customer timelines and maintain high service standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and prevent shortages or overstock.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes and support efficient order fulfillment.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with warehouse equipment to handle loading, unloading, and safe material movement.
- Experience supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to use warehouse management or ERP systems, along with basic proficiency in spreadsheets and office software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role; experience with industrial equipment or supplies is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
