Position: Key Account Manager (Construction Technology Focus)
Elevate Enterprise Partnerships as Key Account Manager (Construction Technology)  Trimble is seeking a strategic relationship builder to champion our Connected Construction workflow and drive growth with enterprise‑market clients across the Netherlands.
Responsibilities   Nurture and expand strategic relationships with premier enterprise‑market construction industry clients and deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points.
Champion the Trimble Connected Construction workflow by demonstrating the high‑impact value of our cloud platform solutions such as Viewpoint, Project Sight, Trimble Connect, and Stabicad.
Design and execute tailored strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through revenue growth, footprint expansion, and adoption of Trimble solutions across existing and new enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with internal product development teams to provide market insights and feedback for continuous improvement of Trimble’s offerings.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in Salesforce, and prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications & Experience   At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales within the SaaS or technology space.
Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
High proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, client interaction tracking, and revenue forecasting.
Ability to travel 30%–40% within the Netherlands to engage with clients.
Bonus:
Familiarity with the construction industry or digital construction software workflows, and experience managing tier‑one enterprise construction accounts.
Location  Bodegraven, Netherlands (office and home‑based with local travel).
