Multi Skilled Operative Newcastle-under-Lyme & Stoke-on-Trent £22.00 per hour Take on a long-term contract role with a respected Housing Association, offering £22.00 per hour, 45p per mile mileage allowance, weekly pay, and consistent work across Staffordshire. As a Multi Skilled Operative , you'll carry out reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties, helping to keep homes safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.

You'll be working for a well-established Housing Association known for delivering excellent services to its tenants and providing long-term opportunities for skilled tradespeople. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be:
Carrying out reactive repairs within occupied and void properties Completing plumbing, carpentry, plastering, or general maintenance works depending on your trade background Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues Undertaking repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, doors, locks, walls, and other property elements Completing minor making-good works following repairs Responding to tenant-reported maintenance issues within agreed timescales Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Updating job records and communicating effectively with tenants and colleagues I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
