The Bodmin Jail Hotel seeks a friendly Receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll handle check‑in/check‑out, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries by phone, email and social media, ensuring a smooth arrival experience in a four‑star historic setting.
You'll work closely with sales, housekeeping and F&B to maximise guest satisfaction, maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types and local attractions, and adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
