A leading facility management company is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Technician in Bodmin to join their team. This hands-on role involves delivering reactive and planned maintenance across multiple trade disciplines for large retail clients in the Southwest. Candidates must have a proven experience in building fabric maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a full UK driving licence. This position offers a salary of £30k DOE along with a van, overtime, and bonuses.
