We are looking for a candidate for the position of Food & Beverage Manager who knows modern service techniques by implementing activities to increase guest satisfaction.

• Ensure coordination within the Service - Bar Department in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the food and beverage of all outlets.
• Service – Able to work to increase bar sales.
• Restaurant & Bar can balance the triangle of budget, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service are provided.
• Identify staff training needs and organise regular training.
• Organise all work to be carried out in accordance with the event brief from senior management when meeting groups.

• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management Vocational School.
• Good knowledge of English and Russian.
• Knowledge of catering, service and bar standards, procedures and practices.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in international hotels.
• Adopt a proactive approach to work, maintain and improve effective and efficient communication between departments.
• Be creative, energetic and solution oriented.
• Ability to use MS Office applications at an advanced level.
• Ability to keep abreast of developing trends and the ability to continuously improve yourself and the team.
• Open to innovation, technology and training.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills, Detail oriented and organised.
