Front Desk Receptionist

For a luxury segment hotel project located in Bodrum
, for which we provide consultancy services, we are seeking a Receptionist who will represent guest experience at the highest level. This position plays a critical role in shaping service quality and brand perception, as it directly impacts the guest journey from the first point of contact through departure.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures in a flawless, professional, and guest-oriented manner
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a prompt, solution-focused, and courteous approach
• Complete daily operational tasks and required audit procedures accurately and on time
• Communicate guest feedback and operational matters regularly to Front Office management
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding room categories, rates, packages, and hotel services
• Identify and utilize up-selling opportunities to contribute to room occupancy and revenue growth
• Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions in accordance with financial procedures
• Ensure full compliance with hotel security, fire, and occupational health & safety regulations
• Operate Front Office equipment and PMS systems in line with established procedures
• Work in accordance with brand standards and service protocols
• Support other departments as required by operational needs

• Previous experience in a guest-focused or customer service-oriented role
• Minimum high school diploma
• Good command of English (a second foreign language is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
• High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy and system usage skills
• Experience in cash handling and payment transactions
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is preferred
