• Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.
• To carry out a water cleaning schedule and ensure its implementation as necessary
• To carry out chemical (like chlorine) testing and pH balance of all pools (indoor and outdoor) in the resort according to legal requirements
• To carry out regular inspection of pools for cracks, leaks, corrosion and report these to ensure timely repairs are carried out
• To take immediate action when water hygiene levels are found to be below legal standard
• To be responsible for the closing down (winterisation) of the pools after the season according to MOBOD standards ensuring damage does not occur during long periods of no use.
• To prepare pools ready for guest use following long periods of inactivity
• To log and report equipment faults and water quality issues to managers
• Comply with all Fire, Life, Health and Safety Standards.
