Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure the uniform provided is kept in good condition, clean, presentable and grooming standards are adhered to showing example for the team and a professional image for our guests.
- Inform Chief Engineer of your presence on duty, sign any keys or bleeps that may be required prior to commencing your shift.
- Check hotel daily operation report.
- Carry out checks of boiler house.
- Check that all lifts & dumb waiters are in good working order.
- Carry out checks on hotel air conditioning controllers in tank room.
