Advanced‑Skilled Automotive Technician – Belden's Automotive and Tires – Boerne

  M‑F 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
• Annual Salary: $47,840 – $95,030+ (depending on productivity)

• Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections and repairs
• Diagnose and repair advanced brake and braking system issues
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to accurately identify vehicle needs
• Perform scheduled maintenance services and flush services
• Perform tire service, rotations, repairs, and TPMS service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service
• Maintain a minimum of 75% labor productivity when comparing attendance hours to invoiced hours

• Experienced B‑Level Automotive Technician
• ASE A4 Suspension and/or A5 Brakes certification
• ASE A6 Electrical Systems certificationASE A7 Heating and Air Conditioning certification
• Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
• Experience performing advanced brake, suspension, and HVAC repairs
• Ability to complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections
• Positive attitude and strong team mindset
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship and honest service

• Obtaining ASE A1 Engine Repair
• Obtaining ASE A2 Automatic Transmission / Transaxles
• Obtaining ASE A3 Manual Drive Train and Axles
• Obtaining ASE A8 Engine Performance

• Annual salary of $47,840 – $95,030+ (depending on productivity)
