Service Advisor – Quick Lane of Boerne

Whether customers visit for an oil change, tires, brakes, batteries, or scheduled maintenance, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
- Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Help achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
- Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
