About the RoleAmada Senior Care is seeking a driven and community-focused Area Market Manager to lead growth and operations across the Texas Hill Country. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong referral networks, and ensuring exceptional care experiences for both clients and caregivers.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, results-oriented leader, and hands‑on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Bonus Potential: $20,000 – $25,000

- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share across the assigned territory
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
- Lead networking, events, and community engagement initiatives
- Drive client acquisition through pipeline development and consistent follow-up
- Oversee onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless start of care
- Conduct client visits and supervisory check-ins to maintain high satisfaction
- Monitor service delivery and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Own the overall client and caregiver experience in the market
- Identify and implement improvements in service quality and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and care
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the local community
- 2+ years of experience in management, sales, or operations (home care, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Comfortable using technology, including Apple products and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
