Under general supervision of the Road and Bridge Supervisor, the purpose of the position is to assist in the management of assigned work crews in maintenance and construction of road and bridge projects, prepare and operate construction and maintenance equipment, provide instruction to work crews and ensure safety compliance and completion of assigned tasks.
