Job Title
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate between M5 Project Management Team, Foreman, and Field Teams.
- Efficiently oversee multiple projects to assist in completing the scope of work within a given budget
- Review construction plans, communicate with Clients and Engineers to execute a set plan in order to exceed customer expectations.
- Create a productive construction timeline and work with Foreman engaging in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of underground utility installation.
- Manage job costs, budget, schedule of values, and material invoice tracking to stay within project estimated Work In Progress budget.
- Maintain an As Built construction set of plans using Plan Grid, Blue Beam, or other software.
- Monitor Jobsites to ensure quality work is being performed correctly per plan.
- Monitor Jobsites to ensure safe work practices at all times.
