Texas Freedom Concrete Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential concrete projects from start to finish. We are looking for a motivated leader who is organized, dependable, and experienced in the homebuilding or construction industry.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with builders, project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Schedule crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within company quality standards.
- Perform job site inspections before, during, and after concrete placement.
- Maintain a safe job site and enforce OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate daily progress with the office and customers.
- Solve field issues quickly and professionally.
- Transport equipment and materials as needed.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in construction.
- Experience in residential homebuilding or concrete construction preferred.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Must have experience pulling and backing trailers.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Concrete foundation and flatwork experience.
- Knowledge of post-tension foundations.
- Experience working with production homebuilders.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience operating skid steers or other construction equipment is a plus.
