Timberlyne is seeking a BIM Lead to create fabrication-ready 3D models and manage the digital fabrication workflow from design through shop drawings and CNC-ready outputs. You will use Revit, AutoCAD, Cadwork and related tools to produce coordination drawings, take-offs, and machine files for post-sale timber projects.
You will coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers and customers, resolve design clashes, and ensure compliance with building codes and BIM standards.
