Licensed Massage or Head Spa Therapist

Lee's Massage & Head Spa is a wellness studio offering therapeutic massage and head spa services tailored to support relaxation, scalp health, and overall well‑being. Our services include deep tissue, lymphatic, and Swedish massages, alongside signature head spa packages for stress relief and rejuvenation. We provide a clean, calm, and welcoming environment, prioritizing quality care and client satisfaction. All treatments are performed by licensed professionals, and gift certificates are available for personal use or thoughtful gifting.

This is a part or full time, on‑site position located in Boerne, TX for either a Licensed Massage or a Licensed Head Spa Therapist. The individual in this role will either provide high‑quality massage treatments, including therapeutic body massage and stress‑relief, or facials and specialized treatments tailored to each client’s needs. They will also ensure an exceptional customer service experience, maintain a clean treatment space, and adhere to industry standards and licensing requirements.

Licensed Massage Therapists experienced in head spa services may accept head spa commissions, and vice‑versa. Licensed Head Spa Therapists who also have a Massage Therapy license in Texas may accept massage therapy commissions. Applicants can apply for either position, or both, but please note this in your application.

• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques, including body massage and specialized approaches such as deep tissue, lymphatic, and Swedish massage.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to ensure a comfortable and professional experience for clients
• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Previous experience in wellness or spa settings is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with other team members

Note:

Employees are not paid during downtime but are expected to assist with setup, cleaning, and light reception work during non‑service hours.

• $40–$50 per 50‑minute session (commission only) + tips
• No hourly or base pay
• Starting rate based on experience and performance
• Pay increases based on service improvement
• $500 bonus after 6 months of employment
• $1,000 bonus after 12 months of employment

• Expertise in cosmetology, including facials and spa treatments.
• Proficiency in performing in related head spa beauty services.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and professional client experience.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized spa environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Current and valid licensure as an Esthetician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in spa management or leadership roles preferred.
