Tasting Room Server / Hospitality Associate
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available (Weekend Availability Required)

Singing Water Vineyards is seeking exceptional hospitality professionals to join our Tasting Room team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service who understand that world-class hospitality goes far beyond standard service.

Tasting Room Servers are responsible for delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences while driving wine sales through storytelling, product knowledge, and thoughtful upselling. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to the highest levels of service.

• Provide an elevated wine tasting experience through attentive, polished, and engaging service
• Create memorable, unique experiences that exceed guest expectations
• Educate guests on wines, the vineyard story, and wine club offerings
• Drive sales through upselling, recommendations, and membership engagement
• Maintain detailed knowledge of current wine releases and tasting experiences
• Ensure the tasting room environment reflects luxury-level presentation and hospitality standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service

• Prior experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant service required
• Strong background in sales, upselling, and guest engagement
• Ability to deliver service beyond the standard tasting room model
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work weekends and peak hospitality hours
• Wine knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
