As a Regional Operations Manager for the DC/VA/MD region, your daily responsibilities will revolve around ensuring effective operations that align with our values. You will oversee field operations, coordinating efforts to optimize workforce planning for seamless operations. Each day, you’ll ensure that installation & maintenance operations meet performance standards. Your role will involve regular participation in project delivery meetings, where you will track progress and address any challenges.

To thrive as a Regional Operations Manager, several essential skills and competencies are necessary. Strong leadership abilities are crucial for guiding your team effectively in executing projects on time and within budget, ensuring they adhere to specifications with accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations is vital, overseeing personnel, vehicles, trailers, inventory, and equipment.

A solid understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes is required to conduct operations in compliance with company policies. You will need adept analytical skills to conduct cost analysis, accurately estimating expected costs for various projects. Additionally, your ability to perform risk assessment and report on identified risks will be important, as well as providing actionable recommendations based on your risk analysis.

Familiarity with relevant software tools that facilitate these functions will further enhance your success in this role.
