Job Description & How to Apply Below

Production Team Member (Hybrid Brewhouse & Cellar)

Location:

Boerne, TX | Type:
Part-Time (14–21 hrs/week) with Full-Time Options Available

About the Role

Cibolo Creek Brewing Co. is looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our production team in Boerne. This is a unique, hands‑on role perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in both the “cold side” and “hot side” of craft beer production.

You’ll work directly alongside our brewing team to maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cellar Work:
Monitor fermentations, perform carbonation checks, assist with yeast harvesting, and handle meticulous tank cleaning (CIP/SIP).
  • Brewhouse Support:
Assist with milling, graining out, brewing operations, and routine equipment maintenance.
  • Packaging:
Help run canning lines, package kegs, and manage small-batch packaging runs.
  • Sanitation & Facility Care:
Keep the brewery floor, drains, and equipment spotless—because great brewing is 90% cleaning!
Flexible Hours & Cross-Training Opportunities

Looking for more hours? While the core brewery role is 14–21 hours per week, we can offer up to full-time hours by pairing this position with shifts in our Brewpub:

  • Front of House (FOH):
    Food running and guest engagement.
  • Back of House (BOH):
    Cooking or dishwashing.

This is a fantastic way to build a full schedule, increase your earning potential, and see the very beer you helped craft get served directly to our local community!

What We’re Looking For
  • Passion: A strong enthusiasm for craft beer and the brewing process.
  • Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 55+ lbs (grain bags), maneuver full kegs, and work on your feet in a wet, loud, and active environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strict commitment to safety, precision, and sanitation.
  • Great Attitude:
Prior brewery experience is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person with a solid work ethic and a “can-do” mindset.
