Within the Surgery Center’s Operating Room, the RN Surgery Center Director leads a multi-specialty perioperative program supported by modern infrastructure and a collaborative medical staff; high-impact leadership role within a modern surgical rooms focused on efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality outcomes;
You’ll oversee a multi-specialty perioperative program with strong physician partnership, driving operational performance, regulatory compliance, and team development;

The Nurse Director of Surgery Center will report within a supportive perioperative leadership dyad, partnering closely with the Ambulatory Surgery Center Executive Director, anesthesia leadership, and the Chief Nursing Office team. The Nurse Director of Surgery Center will be backed by experienced charge RNs, a perioperative educator, sterile processing leadership, materials management, scheduling and data analytics support, and engaged physician champions.
Responsibilities for the Nurse Director of Surgery Center include strategic planning and budget stewardship, block management and throughput optimization, accreditation and survey readiness, infection prevention and safety programs, QAPI and outcomes reporting, staffing models and talent development, supply chain and vendor relations, and a culture of Just Culture accountability.
