Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees

Must have an active CNA certification. What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will assist licensed nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Providing hands‑on care to long‑term residents and short‑stay patients
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting
  • Taking and recording vital signs, height, and weight
  • Assisting residents in meals, activities, and common areas
  • Supporting and following individual care plans
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
  • Documenting care using Point of Care (POC) systems
  • Assisting nurses with additional resident care needs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current CNA certification through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission
  • Previous CNA experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Compassionate, resident‑focused mindset
