• Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers find the right products.
• Knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and wireless plans.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to lift 35lbs.
