As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, and food safety. Additional department-specific responsibilities may include bakery, beauty, deli, prepared foods, produce, and Texas backyard duties.

Qualifications include age requirement of 18+, work experience, knowledge/skills/abilities, education, and licenses/certifications. Physical demands and working conditions vary by department, but generally include reaching, standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to various conditions.
