We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth.
What You’ll DoThis role is equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and closer. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and driving new business.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries
- Conduct outreach, presentations, and follow‑ups with prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and retention
- Represent On The Move at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong relationship‑building and client retention skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry experience in self‑storage, real estate, trades, or home services is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events
- Consistently generating and converting new business opportunities
- Building long‑term, high‑value client relationships
