RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Purpose:

    The Comparison Advisor identifies and transitions vehicle acquisition opportunities from service to sales. They ensure proper follow-up and information is provided to the sales department, and clear communication with the customer.
  • Make sure accurate information is given to each eligible service drive customer through Axel One program.
  • Properly identify potential sales opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Department.
  • Annotate and log sales opportunities for proper follow-up.
  • Demonstrate the Comparison Presentation to eligible service customers.
  • Make phone calls to every eligible customer next business day after service RO is opened and reply to all received communications in Axel Program.
  • Send daily opportunity report at proper quarter times.
KPIs:
  • Presentations shown to eligible customers.
  • Opportunities given to Sales Department.
  • Percent of eligible opportunities given to Sales Department.
  • Comparisons acquired.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Energetic, professional, motivated, and punctual
  • Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
